My human seems to have had too much egg nog and Seamus is protesting that he has been working late hours everyday - so it is up to me, Fiona, to do the blog this week.  First of all I want to thank all of you for shopping in our store this Christmas season and all year long.  I personally have never seen the shop, I'm not much of a people cat - but Seamy tells me you are all lovely folks that bring him lots of treats............a little catnip would be much appreciated.
With the stress of our economy and tensions throughout the world, we hope our little village brings you peace and tranquility.  The holiday light show on Lake Meone will still be running nightly until January 4th - so even though Christmas will be here in 3 more days, the Village will be celebrating for 2 more weeks.

and here's to a little laughter for you:

An elderly Kerry couple is sitting together watching television. During one of 'those' commercials, the husband asked his wife, "Whatever happened to our sexual relations?" After a long thoughtful silence (and during the next commercial), the wife replied, "You know, I don't know. I don't even think we got a Christmas card from them this year.

Merry Christmas to all of you and much peace in 2009!

Fiona Belle
