Looking for a good read?

Ah spring has finally arrived here in the great state of New Jersey and what a better way to spend our first sunny afternoon but laying in a hammock and getting lost in a book. Ok, Ok, I don't read, I'm not even going to pretend that I can, I can't - but my human is quite the speed reader. Kelly and I lay under the Pine Trees and read another book by the wonderful Irish author, Marian Keyes.....well she read, and I listened while I hung my head over the side of the hammock and eyeballed a set of chipmunks that took up residence in our wood pile. Anyway Marian Keyes is a fiction author who grew up in Dublin, where she now resides with her husband and two imaginary dogs....I bet she imagines one is as fine as me.
In her books you will find heroines that are irresistible and her stories are hilarious. But her wit doesn't prevent her from taking on serious subjects--her characters are real women who struggle with universal challenges in love and life. Check out her website www.mariankeyesbooks.com
